At The Gardens at Osage Terrace, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, supportive assisted living environment. We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night shift team and help make a difference in the lives of our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and document resident conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Support residents’ dignity and independence while following individualized care plans
- Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to deliver top-quality care
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Arkansas or willing to transfer
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others
- Prior experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
