What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll become an essential part of our manufacturing team, operating advanced production equipment used to manufacture precision conductors for critical applications around the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Perform equipment adjustments to maintain peak production performance.
- Monitor product quality throughout production using measuring equipment and inspection procedures.
- Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production documentation.
- Perform machine changeovers while minimizing downtime.
- Identify process abnormalities and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Accurately document production data and maintain traceability.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to continuously improve operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area utilizing 5S principles.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating automated or precision manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Ability to read measuring instruments and follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with wire manufacturing, extrusion, plating, machining, CNC, metal processing, medical device manufacturing, or aerospace manufacturing
- Experience working within ISO or AS9100 quality systems
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Desire to grow into technical or leadership roles

- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and twist
