RPh on the Go is seeking a PSR Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract with the potential for direct hire. This opportunity is with a top local mail-order and non-sterile compounding pharmacy in Grosse Ile, Michigan.

Assignment: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming client and patient calls
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Fill and process prescription orders
Assist with shipping and order fulfillment
Support inventory control and organization
Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff
Assist with daily mail-order pharmacy operations
Communicate with patients regarding their prescriptions and pharmacy needs
Help create a positive patient experience
Perform additional pharmacy duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous pharmacy technician experience
Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
