About Pacific Crest Services (PCS)
Pacific Crest Services helps independent insurance agency owners build, grow, and create long-term value in their businesses through carrier access, technology, operational resources, growth support, financial resources, and acquisition opportunities.
This is an opportunity to join a growing organization and work closely with our Marketing Director to build a sophisticated, high-performing marketing function.
Role Overview
Pacific Crest Services is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help execute the marketing strategy behind a growing national insurance platform.
Working hand-in-hand with our Marketing Director, you will turn strategy into execution across paid media, content, website, creative, video, and digital campaigns. The Marketing Director will own overall marketing strategy, brand direction, budget, and ROI, while you will take a lead role in bringing that strategy to life.
We are looking for a builder and creator — someone who can personally execute, move quickly, analyze what's working, and continually find ways to make our marketing better.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Lead Generation — Strong PPC experience is a core requirement.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns
- Support Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other paid channels
- Manage keywords, audiences, campaign structure, testing, and optimization
- Develop and improve landing pages and conversion paths
- Track campaign performance, attribution, conversions, and lead quality
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to improve ROI and generate more qualified opportunities
Content & Digital Marketing
- Create thought leadership, articles, case studies, email campaigns, and social content
- Manage the PCS content calendar and campaign execution
- Help grow PCS's presence across search, social, email, and AI-driven discovery
- Turn internal expertise and industry developments into compelling marketing
- Support campaigns around agency recruiting, M&A, acquisitions, and growth
- Strong writing and communication skills are important. We want someone who can create content — not simply outsource it.

- Serve as the day-to-day internal owner of website execution and manage our external website development/design partner
- Coordinate website projects, landing pages, updates, and enhancements
- Manage vendor timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Help develop website messaging, content, and conversion paths
- Coordinate SEO, analytics, tracking, and technical improvements
- Create or direct digital ads, social graphics, presentations, email creative, direct mail, and sales collateral
- Maintain PCS brand standards in partnership with the Marketing Director
Video & Podcast
- Help expand PCS into more video and long-form content
- Create and coordinate short-form video, interviews, testimonials, webinars, and educational content
- Edit or manage the production of video and audio content
- Repurpose video and podcast content into social clips, articles, emails, and ads
- Video editing and podcast production experience are strongly preferred
Required Qualifications
The strongest candidates will have:
- Demonstrated success personally managing PPC campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and digital analytics
- Experience generating qualified B2B leads
- Strong writing, content, and creative skills
- Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization
- Understanding of SEO and digital content strategy
- Experience managing website projects and external vendors
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar
- Comfort using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and performance
- Strong analytical skills combined with good creative instincts
- A bias toward action, ownership, and getting things done
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to insurance agencies, financial services, professional services, entrepreneurs, or SMB owners
What Success Looks Like
- Marketing campaigns are planned, launched, and optimized without bottlenecks
- PPC campaigns are consistently generating qualified leads at an improving cost per acquisition
- PCS has a growing, visible presence across search, social, email, and AI-driven discovery
- The website is current, conversion-optimized, and improving over time
- Video and podcast content is being produced and repurposed consistently across channels
