Preferred Skills to thrive:
- 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within a retail brokerage environment
- Active CA Property & Casualty license
- Required to work PST hours occasionally
Core Responsibilities:
- Professionally managing incoming calls, promptly responding to emails, and proactively assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and needs.
- Maintaining accurate client files and policy details within the agency management system.
- Efficiently inputting applications and supporting online rating processes.
- Thoroughly verifying critical information for file documentation, such as premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and forms.
- Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively.
