Responsibilities
- Assist individuals and families in enrolling in ACA Marketplace health insurance plans
- Educate clients on coverage options and available subsidies
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals while maintaining compliance
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License (required or willing to obtain before employment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional attitude and positive mindset
- Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
