Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager III to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location (or group of locations). In this role, you will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing operational needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment. You will develop, monitor, and measure performance against operational and financial KPIs while providing strong leadership to the onsite InSite team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, environmental services, or a related field.
- Required training/certifications:
- RCRA training
- OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER training
- DOT training
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and customer contacts.
- Broad knowledge of managerial skills, selling skills, and equipment operations.
- Basic math skills and basic safety training skills.
- Demonstrated management/leadership experience , including supervising teams and driving performance.
- Experience working with profit and loss (P&L) statements and providing accurate, timely analysis and data to upper management.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver’s License – Class B/C with hazardous materials endorsement.
Prior experience leading onsite/InSite-style environmental programs at customer facilities.
