Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, kind, and safety‑focused driver to pick up students from two nearby elementary schools each afternoon and bring them to our program. This role is simple, structured, and ideal for someone who enjoys greeting children with warmth, building positive rapport with school staff, and ensuring safe transportation. Our students look forward to seeing a friendly face at pickup, and we want someone who brings calm energy, professionalism, and genuine care.
Responsibilities
- School Pickup — Arrive at the first school’s dismissal line by 1:45 PM and safely pick up students at 2:10 PM.
- Second School Transition — Drive to the second school (approximately 10 minutes away) and get in line for the next group of students.
- Safe Transportation — Transport students to The Jones Experience using safe, attentive driving at all times.
- Positive Interactions — Greet students warmly and maintain a friendly, dependable presence they look forward to each day.
- School Staff Rapport — Build respectful, professional relationships with school personnel during daily pickup.
- End‑of‑Shift Drop‑Off — Deliver students to the program and complete the day’s route.
- Consistency & Reliability — Arrive on time daily and maintain a dependable routine for families and staff.
- Schedule-Monday–Friday 1:45 PM – approximately 3:00 PM(Route ends immediately after drop‑off.)
Compensation
- $65 per week
- Light‑duty role with a short, predictable daily route

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License — Must hold a current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Clean Driving Record — Safe, responsible driving history with no major violations.
- Reliability & Punctuality — Able to arrive on time daily and maintain a consistent routine for families.Kind,

- Professionalism With School Staff — Comfortable building positive rapport with teachers and front‑office personnel.
- Calm Under Pressure — Able to navigate busy car lines with patience and steady focus.
- Attention to Safety — Prioritizes safe driving, proper student loading, and careful transitions between schools.
- Ability to operate a 15-passenger vehicle - Must be comfortable and confident driving a larger passenger vehicle safety.
- Clear Communication — Able to communicate respectfully with staff and follow pickup procedures.
Pay: $65.00 per week
