EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position helps ensure that residents receive consistent, safe, and respectful nursing care in a supportive environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform the following duties:

Health Assessment Support: Assist the RN by checking resident health status and ensuring accurate and confidential documentation

Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments, verify pharmacy orders, and maintain accurate records

Resident Observation: Observe residents for changes or concerns and report findings while documenting daily care activities

Care Coordination: Work with the RN to help plan and adjust resident care and participate in nursing committees when needed

Safety and Hygiene: Ensure residents are clean, safe, and well groomed while supporting infection control practices

Specialized Care: Provide focused care for residents in specialty units such as Alzheimer care

Work Hours and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment; 80 hours biweekly

2nd Shift, 2:45pm to 11:15pm

3rd Shift, 10:45pm to 7:15am

Work every other weekend

Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting salary of $68,914.00 (before taxes).
