Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Utility/Janitor:
Picks up and removes major trash from the Community.
Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Communicates effectively using approved radio equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and written communicate effectively.
(For daily log for document/work orders/supplies/cleaning.)
Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
A valid CA Driver’s License is required
