CLIENT ASSOCIATE: Full-Time | In-Office | Up to $55,000/year + Benefits
About the Role
We’re a boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families and business owners. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Client Associate to be the operational backbone of our practice — the first voice clients hear and the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
No prior financial services experience required. We hire for character and coachability. We’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Answer client calls promptly and professionally — you’re the first impression
- Schedule and manage client meetings and adviser calendars
- Send confirmation emails, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on outstanding items
- Support client onboarding from first contact through account setup
- Walk clients through our online platform and provide basic technical support
- Handle administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Proactively identify what needs to happen next — and make it happen
Who We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
- Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning multiple software platforms quickly
- Comfortable using AI and emerging tools to build more efficient processes
- Reliable, professional, and discreet with sensitive client information
- Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals from healthcare, hospitality, real estate, professional services, or recruiting
Your Future Here
This is a real career, not just a job. After 18–24 months, we’ll support you in pursuing your Series 7 and Series 66 licenses — covering your prep and exam costs. As a licensed Client Associate, you’ll take on expanded responsibilities and higher compensation.
What We Offer
- Salary up to $55,000 in year one, commensurate with experience
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid time off
- Series 7 and Series 66 licensing support
- Full on-the-job training
- Small, collaborative team with direct impact
How to Apply
Submit your resume and a cover letter answering all three questions below. Brief answers are fine — 2–3 sentences each. Applications missing any question will not be considered.
- Tell us about a time you had to manage multiple deadlines at once — how did you keep everything organized?
- Describe the most organized person you’ve ever worked with or for. What made them effective?
- What draws you to a client-facing role where attention to detail really matters?
We’ll contact qualified candidates within 5 business days.
