We are seeking a caring and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and oversee the clinical care of our senior clients.
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide clinical oversight for home senior care clients, ensuring quality of care, regulatory compliance, and individualized service. This role involves client assessments, care planning, caregiver supervision, and ongoing support to promote seniors’ health and independence at home.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial and follow-up assessments for senior clients in their homes.
Develop and update personalized care plans in coordination with physicians and families.
Provide skilled nursing care, including medication management, monitoring chronic conditions, and wellness checks.
Supervise and support Home Health Aides and Caregivers, ensuring care plans are followed.
Educate families and caregivers on senior care best practices.
Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Health regulations for home care services.
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
Qualifications
Current New Jersey RN license in good standing.
1+ years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred).
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused, with a passion for senior care.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
