Job Overview
We are seeking a Dispatcher/backup CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HVAC and plumbing departments in making sure our customers have a positive experience from beginning to end. Hours would be 9-5, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Dispatch service techs to jobs and debrief them after each call
- Act as a backup for the phones
- Various administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements
- Experience with Service Titan is a HUGE plus
- Highly customer service driven
