About Us
Idaho Gutter & Shade Solutions is a growing Treasure Valley home services company specializing in retractable awnings, retractable screens, gutters, gutter protection, and pergolas. Since 2017, we’ve built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and are looking for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally — you’re often the first voice our customers hear
- Greet walk-in customers and vendors at our office
- Manage scheduling and dispatch coordination alongside our field crew
- Handle day-to-day office administration: mail, supplies, filing, general upkeep
- Support job tracking and updates in our CRM (HouseCall Pro)
- Coordinate communication between the office, field team, and customers
- Assist with basic administrative/bookkeeping support as needed
- Keep the office running smoothly so the owner and field crew can focus on the work
What We’re Looking For
- Must be local to the Garden City/Boise/Treasure Valley area — this is an in-office, in-person role
- Comfortable working independently in the office day-to-day. You’ll often be the only person physically on-site, holding down the front desk and walk-in traffic solo
- Able to collaborate effectively with a remote team member on administrative tasks — strong written communication (text, email, chat) matters as much as in-person skills, since you’ll be coordinating with someone who isn’t in the building
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and confident making judgment calls without someone looking over your shoulder
- Comfortable learning new software (HouseCall Pro / CRM experience a plus, not required)
- Prior office management, admin, or dispatch experience preferred
- A proactive problem-solver — if something comes up and no one else is around, you handle it or know who to call.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
