Community Inclusion Specialist – Full Time
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Easterseals is hiring caring and dependable individuals to support adults with disabilities in the community and workplace. In this role, you will help individuals build life skills, gain independence, and reach personal and vocational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in community and work settings
- Teach daily living and job skills
- Assist with community activities and transportation
- Help with personal care when needed (eating, dressing, toileting)
- Complete daily documentation and reports
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Perform light janitorial duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
Training Provided:
- CPR & First Aid
