Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, and texturizing treatments to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations and store policies.
- Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
- Upsell retail products like hair care items and accessories to boost store sales while educating clients on their benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends in hair coloring, hair extensions, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, eyelash extensions, and nail care services to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and hair care products.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is based off commissions.
