About Us
Founded in 2009, Burmunq Coffee Shop started as a small coffee corner with a focused menu and a handful of regular guests. The idea was simple from day one: make the morning feel calmer, warmer, and more personal and that's still what drives us today. We're a neighborhood coffee bar focused on quality espresso, warm hospitality, and a genuine love for coffee. We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team behind the bar.
What You'll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages to our recipe and quality standards
- Greet and serve customers with warmth and speed, even during rush
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Keep the bar, dining area, and equipment clean throughout your shift
- Restock supplies and help with opening/closing duties
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Learn our menu, drink recipes, and brewing techniques
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in coffee
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable on your feet during busy shifts
- Must be at least [16/18] years old
