Dental Office Manager – Private Cosmetic & Implant Practice

10DaySmiles is seeking a motivated and growth-minded Dental Office Manager to lead one of our fully digital cosmetic and implant offices. This is an on-site leadership position for someone who has successfully managed a dental practice and is ready to help take a private office to the next level.
You will work directly with the owner-doctor—without multiple layers of corporate management. You will have the independence and authority to lead your team, improve office systems, strengthen the patient experience, and help grow the practice.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, productive environment
- Lead, support, and hold team members accountable
- Work directly with the doctor to accomplish production, collection, and growth goals
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, treatment coordination, and case follow-up
- Help increase case acceptance for cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive dental treatment
- Monitor key performance indicators, collections, outstanding treatment, and office performance
- Conduct productive morning huddles and team meetings
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members
- Build strong patient relationships and ensure an exceptional experience from the first phone call through treatment completion
- Identify challenges, recommend solutions, and take ownership of results
- Help develop systems that support long-term growth and profitability
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous dental office management experience is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing a team and improving office performance
- Understanding of dental scheduling, treatment presentation, collections, and insurance processes
- Comfortable working in a cosmetic, implant, and fully digital dental environment
- Confident, professional, organized, and dependable
- Able to work independently without being micromanaged
- Passionate about helping patients and building a positive team culture
