Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Experience providing OT services within school settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress documentation
- Comfortable working independently in various school or community environments
- Reliable transportation for community-based early intervention position
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct therapy and support to students to enhance participation in daily activities and academic success
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote generalization of skills across settings
- Complete timely and accurate therapy documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in team meetings, assessments, and IEP conferences
