Busy Bees of Palisade is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Teacher Assistant to join our Explorer Bees classroom, serving children ages 3 to 4 years old.

Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities using Creative Curriculum.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play based learning.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, rest time, and transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and center policies.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide high quality care and education.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
- CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
