Now Hiring: Full-Time RN Infection Preventionist
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
On-Call: Every 4th Weekend
Pay: $45.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience
Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Infection Preventionist to join our clinical leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about resident safety, quality care, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention.
Develop, implement, and oversee the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program.
Conduct surveillance, tracking, and reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
Monitor infection control practices throughout the facility and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Educate and train staff on infection prevention protocols, standard precautions, isolation procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reduce infection risks and improve resident outcomes.
Ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, OSHA, state, and local infection control regulations.
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Investigate outbreaks and coordinate appropriate response measures.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for regulatory surveys.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
Infection Prevention experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Knowledge of CDC, CMS, and state infection control regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
CIC certification is preferred but not required.
Competitive pay: $45.00–$50.00/hour
Full-time, Monday–Friday day schedule
Every 4th weekend on-call rotation
