Mowing Technician

We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated Mowing Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and lawn care equipment
- Trim, edge, and clean up properties to company standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Safely load and unload equipment and trailers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and customers when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial mowing or lawn care experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

Work Location
Based out of Fennimore, WI. Daily travel to customer properties throughout Southwest Wisconsin.
