Answering crisis lines, assisting callers with emergency needs, and responding to emergency situations within the shelter. You will be interacting with residential clients, listening, and offering support. Complete general housecleaning chores. Completing monthly reports. Processing, sorting, and organizing donations.

As a Shelter Staff member, you will be essential in providing support and care to individuals in need. Your core skills in intake and communication will facilitate effective interactions with clients, while your premium skills in crisis intervention, conflict management will ensure a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, your relevant skills in first aid and data entry will aid in maintaining accurate records and promoting the well-being of residents. Additional Requirements
This job entails working some nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to complete paperwork for background checks. The chosen candidate will complete 40 hours of in-house training.
