Business Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Starting Pay: $25/hour
Plus: Commission opportunities and benefits available after 90 days.
About Us
We are a growing business development company specializing in the tree care industry. Our mission is to help tree service companies grow through sales training, leadership development, marketing, and hands-on training events.
We're building something special from the ground up, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
About the Role
This is not your typical assistant position. Every week is different, and you'll wear many hats. One day you may be helping organize a live tree climbing training event, greeting attendees, setting up lunch, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Another day you may be editing videos, helping with marketing, organizing projects, sending emails, or assisting with business operations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and loves helping turn ideas into reality.
What You'll Do
- Assist with marketing and business development projects
- Edit videos and help create training content
- Organize tasks, emails, and business operations
- Help coordinate and support live training events
- Run errands and assist wherever needed
- Help create an outstanding experience for our clients and guests
Schedule
- Currently 1 day per week
- We work every other Monday(weekday could be flexible) and every other Saturday.
- Hours may expand as the company grows
