About the Role
As a CNA or HCA, or Caregiver you’ll provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes—assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and supporting overall well-being. This role is ideal for someone who finds meaning in helping others navigate life’s transitions and is committed to delivering respectful, high-quality care.
Job Duties
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and ambulation
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities (valid driver's license & insurance required)
- Prepare meals and support clients with grocery shopping or household errands
- Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and a reassuring presence to clients
Qualifications
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, or willing to become certified (Paid Training)
- Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance for transporting clients highly preferred; not required
- Available for consistent shifts and client assignments.
- Specialized training in dementia, Alzheimer’s, or geriatrics preferred, not required
- Driver++ (Drive clients in your car)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $21.00 to $24.35 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and region)
- Weekend pay: $1 more per hour for weekend shifts
