Must have prior restaurant experience preparing and cooking Chinese foods according to house recipes. The ideal candidate will be skilled using grills, fryers, and other restaurant equipment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED :

Setup station in an organized manner.

Stock and restock station with appropriate goods to properly execute production.

Prepare foods that will be served to guests at a later time during their shift.

Prepare foods to order to guests specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Follow proper food handling guidelines of heath department at all times.

Maintain good working relationship with other employees at all times.

Perform other job related duties as assigned.
