Clean and disinfect resident rooms (bedside commodes, bathroom, floors, surfaces, bedsides)
Empty trash and replace liners (general waste and biohazard if applicable)
Sweep and mop resident’s rooms and clean baseboards (use ghost buster when needed)
Count Linens
Wipe down high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, light switches)
Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, dispensers)
Replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels)
Clean fingerprints and smudges on windows and clean window sills
Dust and Clean vents, radiators, and oxygen tanks (including filters)
Check for and report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, loose tiles, broken equipment)
Attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation protocols, especially for healthcare settings
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compassion and respect for elderly residents.
Use PPE as required (gloves, masks, gowns for isolation rooms)
Follow infection control procedures and protocols
Label and store cleaning products properly
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms in clean condition
Attend training on infection control, safety, and cleaning procedures
Must be able to take and follow verbal and written instructions given by the Executive Housekeeper
