What You'll Do
- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning jobs (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and more) based on job checklists
- Bring your own supplies and equipment, or use client-provided supplies as specified per job
- Communicate professionally with clients and our scheduling team
- Set your own availability and accept jobs that fit your schedule
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work that keeps clients coming back
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation in the Jacksonville area
- Cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, or hospitality background all welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Professional communication — texts and calls returned promptly
- Must be 18+, pass a background check, and provide proof of ID/work eligibility
- Own you own cleaning equipment
Independent Contractor Terms
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not employment. You'll:
- Set your own schedule and choose which jobs to accept
- Use your own methods to complete the work to the required standard
- Be responsible for your own taxes, and your own liability insurance
- Sign a contractor agreement outlining scope of work and payment terms before your first job
Pay is per job we will discuss payment on the phone interview.

Why a video?
We get a lot of applications, and a quick video helps us get to know you before we ever talk over the phone. It's not about production quality — a phone selfie video is totally fine. In your video, please cover:
- Introduce yourself — who you are and why you're interested in this work
- Your experience — any past cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality work (or why you'd be great even without formal experience)
- A real scenario — tell us how you'd handle a client who says a room "still doesn't look clean enough" after you finished
- Reliability — describe your availability and how you handle scheduling conflicts or running late
- Optional bonus — a quick 30-second walkthrough of how you'd clean a kitchen counter or bathroom sink, start to finish
We're looking for candidates who follow instructions, communicate clearly on camera, and show genuine care in how they talk about the work — this step alone tells us a lot.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
