We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can help us serve customers, support our technicians, and keep our schedule moving in the right direction.
Position Overview
This position will focus mostly on outbound calling. You will be calling existing customers, maintenance plan customers, past customers, and open opportunities to help schedule appointments and follow up on service needs.
You will also occasionally answer inbound calls and begin learning the basics of dispatching. Over time, this role may grow into more scheduling, customer communication, and dispatch support.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable on the phone, willing to learn, and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance visits, follow up on past service, and help fill the schedule
- Answer occasional inbound calls from customers
- Learn basic dispatching and scheduling processes
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff
- Keep accurate notes in our system after calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Help create a positive customer experience from the first call to the completed appointment
- Support the team by staying organized, dependable, and accountable

Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow processes and keep accurate notes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organized, and coachable
- HVAC experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
Full-time schedule. Exact hours will be discussed during the interview.
