- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, pool area, and more.
- Engage with guests, offering a friendly smile and assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve service requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
- Able to navigate stairs and various property areas.
