The Opportunity
You will lead daily field operations for high-profile, multi-phased commercial and institutional builds across the Tristate area. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of jobsite safety, quality control, and trade coordination to deliver tailored solutions for complex projects. How You Will Make an Impact

Oversee all daily field operations, ensuring strict site safety, construction progress, quality control, and detailed daily logging.
- Direct and mentor on-site teams, including assistant superintendents, trade workers, and sub-contractors, to drive daily productivity.
- Develop and maintain updated project schedules, including the preparation of weekly 2-week look-ahead plans.
- Schedule and coordinate all sub-contractors efficiently to keep high-end commercial builds moving on schedule and within budget.
- Manage real-time site challenges and the RFI process by generating practical solutions to complex field issues.
- Partner with project management to execute punch lists efficiently and lead project closeout processes through final turnover.
- Lead weekly project and sub-contractor meetings to keep all parties aligned on logistics, phasing, and milestones.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing complex, multi-phased construction projects within occupied spaces.
- Demonstrated capability in reading and interpreting commercial construction plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Possess a valid Driver's License with the ability to travel 100% across Westchester County and the 5 boroughs of New York.
- Mandatory certification in OSHA 30 and OSHA 10.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing hospital or specialized interior healthcare construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple quick-turnaround commercial builds simultaneously.
