This position is primarily for weekends and Holidays. Must be available Saturdays & Sundays, Holidays, and during school breaks. We can work around other jobs or college.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear instructions about game rules and safety procedures
- Facilitate the start of each escape experience by explaining puzzles, objectives, and time limits with enthusiasm
- Monitor gameplay discreetly to ensure safety and fair play while maintaining a lively atmosphere
- Assist guests with troubleshooting or hints if they get stuck, encouraging teamwork and problem-solving
- Manage booking schedules, check-in procedures, and cash handling at the front desk
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, resolving conflicts with professionalism and positivity
- Conduct post-game debriefs to gather feedback and ensure guests leave with memorable experiences
Qualifications
- **Must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.**
- Must have reliable transportation. The schedule is very fluid and changes daily based on booked games.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Strong communication abilities for public speaking and explaining game rules clearly
- Must be able to "think on your feet" and troubleshoot technical or game flow issues quickly and calmly
- Conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or disputes effectively
- Cash handling experience for managing payments accurately at the front desk
- Ability to work well with children and diverse age groups in a fun, engaging manner
- Previous experience in escape rooms is strongly preferred but not required
