```Duties```
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing the pool walls and floors.
- Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure proper water quality.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment issues as needed.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and repair common pool equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for equipment repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate chemical balancing and water quality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner.
