Primary Responsibilities
Lodge Management & Guest Services:
- Oversee daily lodge operations and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Plan and prepare meals for lodge guests, with ability to cook for groups of up to 16 people.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all lodge areas, kitchen, and common spaces
- Stock and organize supplies efficiently
Maintenance & Ranch Operations:
- Perform general maintenance on lodge facilities and equipment
- Conduct lawn mowing, grounds upkeep, and seasonal yard work
- Complete basic repairs and troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with ranch hand duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience cooking for groups or in a kitchen setting
- Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with lawn care and basic maintenance
- Physical capability to perform outdoor work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation (on-site housing available)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ranch or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repairs
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
