We are seeking a skilled Hair Braider to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and have expertise in various braiding techniques. If you have a flair for creativity and enjoy working in a fast-paced salon environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Perform a variety of hair braiding techniques including cornrows, box braids, twists, and other intricate styles
- Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to determine their desired braided styles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to salon sanitation standards
- Utilize salon software such as Styleseat for appointment scheduling and client management
- Offer mentoring to junior stylists and share knowledge on braiding techniques
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair braiding, color theory, and hair extensions
Requirements
-Be able to do different hairbraiding styles such as knotless , box braids, twist and more.
- Proven experience in hair styling with a focus on braiding
- Proficiency in using salon software like Styleseat for appointment bookings
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting
- Familiarity with barbering techniques is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Strong skills in upselling salon services and retail products

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Cosmetology License (Preferred)
- Braiding License (Preferred)
