We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team on Martha's Vineyard. Fun and enjoyable work environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, be honest and reliable, have a strong eye for detail, and have a strong desire to learn. The bulk of our projects fall in the 3 to 15 million dollar range; the ideal candidate will reflect the expectations of those projects.
Responsibilities:
- LOTS of room for growth for less-experienced applicants.
- Time and a half overtime pay
- Sense of humor, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic a must.
- High-end residential and light commercial construction.
- Make decisions about the quality and adequacy of work performed by other workers.
- Communicate with other workers about the appropriateness and quality of their work.
