Responsibilities:

Provide home-based therapy services to pediatric and adult patients

Create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program

Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado

CPR certification
