That's where you come in.
As a Therapy Services Coordinator, you'll become one of the most important people in a patient's journey. You'll help new patients understand their plan of care, identify obstacles that could prevent success, maintain meaningful communication throughout treatment, and partner with our clinical team to keep patients moving toward their goals.

What You'll Do
- Meet with new patients to explain their recommended plan of care
- Help patients schedule their full course of treatment
- Build strong relationships through ongoing communication and support
- Identify concerns or barriers that could interfere with treatment success
- Partner with clinicians to keep patients engaged in their care
- Follow up regarding attendance, progress, and overall patient satisfaction
- Serve as a communication bridge between patients and the clinical team
- Support patient retention, referrals, and successful treatment outcomes
