What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a “checklist” job—this is relationship-based care.
You will:
- Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

Safely assist with transfers and fall prevention

Support a client with moderate to severe dementia, including redirection and behavior management

Maintain structure and routine to reduce confusion and anxiety
-
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed

Monitor changes in condition and communicate with our care team

Offer calm, reassuring companionship during both active and quiet hours
What We’re Looking For
This role requires confidence and experience.
- Dementia care experience is REQUIRED

Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent in challenging situations

Strong communication and observation skills

Reliable, punctual, and committed to your schedule

Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Schedule & Location
- Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday)
