Position Summary
Greenhill Car Wash is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding customer experience while ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers with wash selection, membership questions, and general inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep the property clean and well-maintained, including:
- Emptying trash receptacles.
- Cleaning and maintaining self-serve vacuum and wash bays.
- Cleaning the tunnel entrance and exit areas.
- Maintaining the parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping appearance.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to maintain Greenhill Car Wash’s high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
