Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment according to detailed specifications and safety standards
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards
- Follow established procedures for handling parts, tools, and finished goods in a busy factory setting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking parts and supplies used during assembly
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with familiarity in assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment effectively and safely
- Warehouse experience including operating forklifts or similar equipment is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the assembly process
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting
