Clean Team Company is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team serving the Denso facility in Maryville, TN. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a company that values reliability and teamwork, we want to hear from you!
- Perform general commercial cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and common areas
- Follow assigned cleaning routes and complete tasks within expected timeframes
- Maintain cleanliness standards set by both Clean Team and our clients
- Follow all facility safety and security procedures
- Respond to spills, urgent cleanup needs, and special requests as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
