Experienced Dental Assistant (Full Time or Part-time)
Monday-Friday (no weekend shifts)
Pay $24.00 and up based on experience
We are a patient-centered, modern dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to providing consistent, high-quality patient care.
This position is best suited for someone who is dependable, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative and respectful team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms while maintaining infection control standards
- Sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization records
- Assist with impressions, temporaries, and expanded assisting duties (within scope)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide excellent patient care and patient education
- Help support overall clinical flow and team efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of recent dental assisting experience required
- Strong chairside efficiency and understanding of clinical flow
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Positive, team-first mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Ability to stay organized and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
