A growing plumbing and water systems company is seeking a dependable and skilled Water / Plumbing Service Technician to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, and providing exceptional service to residential and commercial customers.
We're looking for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values customer relationships, and enjoys solving problems in the field.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (occasional overtime as needed)
Start Date: Immediate
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial plumbing and water systems
- Install, maintain, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water pumps, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot water system issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Respond to customer service calls in a professional and timely manner
- Explain repairs and recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Work independently while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- Previous plumbing, water systems, or service technician experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift equipment and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
- Plumbing license or certifications are a plus but not required
