Job Overview
Here at Blossom Families, we pride ourselves in providing client-centered, family focused therapy. We are looking for a COTA who is passionate about working with children. Most of this caseload is predominately 0-3, with a growing number of cases from 3-5 as well. We serve both early intervention and pediatric populations in daycares, homes, and pre-schools. As a therapist owned company, you will find that we care about our clients and employees and go the extra mile to provide quality care and a positive team culture. We currently serve pediatric clients in 20 North Carolina counties, offering speech, OT, and developmental therapy services. As we continue to grow, Blossom Families will continue to offer flexibility to our therapists to choose their hours and locations.
