There are two openings for this position, located at different worksites: one at the Customer Service Building and one at the Operations Center.
FUNCTION: Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the Customer Service building and surrounding grounds are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean building and work areas; perform routine building maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry, sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors; wash windows, walls, and equipment; clean restrooms; maintain janitorial supplies; replace light bulbs; remove trash and debris from internal and external areas of building; vacuums; moves furniture; any additional general custodian duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
0–1year experience performing “handyman” or general duties
PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Employee lifts/carries up to 100 pounds occasionally (less than 5% of the time); lifts/carries 20 pounds frequently (34% - 66% of the time); lifts/carries 10 pounds constantly (67% - 100% of the time)
- Position requires pushing a maximum force of 20 pounds and pulling a maximum of 20 pounds
