Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
- We are looking for Experience and No Experience we will train you.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities using property management software.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve tenant issues and enhance overall tenant satisfaction.
- Utilize bilingual communication skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
