Most days are weekdays, starting as early as 8, and some days, if starting later, going as late as 6:30pm. We may have a rotating schedule with weekends (1 day, as in Saturday OR Sunday) in the mix. It is a 4 person department and we typically have 1 person working each weekend day.
Weekdays are in-office in Roseville, and weekends can be worked from home, provided performance does not suffer.
Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Lead Setter Manager, the Lead Setter is responsible for converting semi warm leads into appointments. This role involves scheduling consultation appointments from Solar and Roofing inquiries, as well as performing various phone and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is motivated by hard work and high earning potential, enjoys sales, and is a dedicated team player.

Responsibilities:
- Call homeowners and engage decision-makers in conversations. (Sometimes 4-5 other companies are calling these leads, so there are soft objections to get past, but these are all people who submitted their information to us)
- Handle all incoming calls, return missed calls/voicemails, and promptly respond to emails, chats, and texts.
- Schedule appointments via email, phone, or text.
- Accurately enter data into our CRM.
- Accurately track and record all lead sources (web, direct mail, word of mouth, etc.).
- Be a problem solver and solution finder.
- Exhibit great enthusiasm with fast and efficient computer skills.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
- No cold calling! these are people who have asked for bids from contractors, so they are almost always expecting the call
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Confident in following a script and setting qualified estimates for our company.
- Quick to learn and apply new software and programs.
- Experience using a CRM or dialer software for making calls and logging notes.
- Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- High accuracy rate and speed in data entry.
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS.
