Seasonal Production & Packaging Operator
Blackeye Beverage, LLC – St. Paul, MN (On-Site)
Seasonal Role: Approximately 2–3 Months
Potential to transition to permanent based on performance and business needs.
Available Shifts:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Mid Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Afternoon/PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Full-time seasonal position with shift-based scheduling; hours may vary based on production needs.

Blackeye Beverage is a Minnesota-based co-packer specializing in canned beverage production. We support a wide range of beverage brands through high-quality manufacturing, sleeving, and packaging services. Position Summary:
Seasonal Production & Packaging Operators support daily manufacturing and packaging operations. This includes working with sleeving and packaging equipment, handling product, folding boxes, performing cleaning and sanitation tasks, and assisting with other production duties as assigned. Work may vary based on daily production needs in a fast-paced, food-grade manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate or assist with sleeving and packaging machinery.
- Sleeve, case, and palletize canned beverage products.
- Support product flow through each stage of the packaging line.
- Perform quality checks to ensure packaging accuracy and product standards.
- Follow GMPs, SQF guidelines, and all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area.
- Complete basic production and food-safety documentation.
- Work with supervisors and team members to support production flow.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Prior packaging, manufacturing, or food-production experience preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude helpful.
