Barista – Seto Bakery
Position Overview
Seto Bakery is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our team. This role is more than just making coffee — it’s about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. The Barista will be responsible for preparing drinks, assisting with pastry and product sales, and keeping the café running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and answering questions about products.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Assist in stocking, organizing, and displaying bakery items and packaged goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and customer seating areas.
- Support bakery events and catering with coffee service and customer interactions.
- Continue learning and developing knowledge of coffee, pastries, and menu items to better serve our customers.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience is a plus.
- Passion for coffee, baked goods, and creating a positive customer experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
